These Terms govern your use of the 4SR website and client portal. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

Website and estimates

• Information on this site is provided for general business and informational purposes.
• Any quote/estimate may depend on inspection, measurements, scope, materials availability, and other factors.

Client portal

• The portal allows clients to view project information, quotes (when enabled), messages, and payments.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities under your account.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content. Attachments may be stored with your project record.

Payments

• Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers or CVC codes.
• We accept the payment methods that are enabled for our business in Stripe and presented to you at checkout. Depending on availability, this may include major credit/debit cards and other methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, and US bank account payments (ACH).
• Payment method availability can vary by device/browser, your bank/card issuer, and your location.
• We maintain a payment ledger for accounting and project balance tracking.
• Manual/offline payment methods (if offered) may also be recorded for tracking (e.g., cash, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo).
• Plaid bank-linking is not currently a customer-facing payment or portal feature.

Messaging and communications

• We may communicate with you via email and/or SMS about your project, quotes, scheduling, and payment status.
• Standard message/data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.

Privacy

Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Prohibited use

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, portal data, or systems.
• Interfering with the operation of the site or submitting malicious code.
• Using the site to harass, defraud, or impersonate others.

Disclaimers

The site and portal are provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, 4SR is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or portal.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates when changes were made.
